From what I have been able to find on here, I think the wiper motor and heater fan are on a common ground wire. Correct? My question is were does that ground circuit pick up it's ground from? The wires on my 68 are not grounded

I actually have finally gotten the wipers to function properly I think. But, yes this entire car is being a real joy to work on. My 69 was a it of a pain, but this is a whole new level of weirdness

I dont know if you have a list of 68 only parts its pretty extensive. I had a list on here somewhere. Wish we had a sticky for stuff like this.
If you just believe nothing crosses over to other cars your better off...lol
Most of the less obvious but important stuff is in the steering components, wipers, ignition, doors.etc.. Theres a lot more for cosmetic and minor stuff that is the similar with 69s and will work
I know there's a lot of one year only parts. Not going to let it concern me on this one. My 69 is a matching number car, so I have taken care to keep it as stock and correct as I can. This one is an original L36 car, but it is also a product of some 70's custom work. Flaired 1/4's and molded in rear spoiler. along with the original block being gone, so I'm going to use it as a good ole fashioned hotrod. It has a fresh 427 with brodix heads and a nice sounding cam, no clue on specs, fellow that had the engine built died before I got the car. I did have it dyno'd and it made 445HP and 483ftlbs so along with the m21 and original 4.10 gears it should be a fun car.
