Got my hardtop back today. I had black vinyl put on my hardtop. Real happy with it.

I bought the vinyl from Al Knoch and it $110. Labor was $600 and also new weatherstrips. Al Knoch was cheaper than anybody else. Glad you liked it.

Pretty. Here is my original. One of 279 Vinyl Hard Tops ordered in 1975. Never use it though and it does have one small nick in the vinyl.

The more I look at these the more I wish I had done this instead of painting mine.
The car is red on red, and with the red hardtop it is very red...

Beautiful!

I've read that a lot of shippers won't transport Corvette hardtops. Can you talk about how you crated(?) or packaged the top, and who you used as a shipper. Thanks.

...my Black Vinyl Hardtop has been on my '68 for probably over 8yrs now since it's been off.

...snapped these pics today, 10/6/2023 after a very good & much needed bath. Then took it for a nice 30mi drive.
