Default Is this normal?
After "only" 2 1/2 years with my '69 L46, I just noticed this: Are the FUEL and TEMP gauges supposed to show their levels even when the ign. switch is off and the batt. disconnected?

gauges stay at reading when car is shut off.
next time key is in run, they show current status. ie, reset
