1982 CE. So here’s my problem. Car died while driving, Had no CEL and no power to the fuel system. Had bad ecm. Replaced with another one, everything worked great. It would run just fine(still didn’t have the 2 second prime for the fuel pump) but fuel pump would turn on while cranking. Left it alone for the night, came back out and mounted the ecm, plugged battery back in. Now I have no CEL, and fuel pump is on when cranking but nothing coming out of the injectors. All fuses are good. Connections tight. I mounted everything to verify. There’s no way the new ecm went bad that quick right???

Are you talking about a stock 82 ECM or the EBL? What is your fuel pressure while cranking? You said all fuses are good, did you also check the 20amp fuse in the battery compartment? That powers the ECM directly and if bad, the motor will crank, you will have spark, but NO fuel to TBs. If your CEL light never comes ON even with the key to ON position, you have "another" bad ECM OR the 20 amp fuse is blown OR both. Like mentioned GET A 82 GM service manual. It IS a great tool to have. GL

The EBL ECM is by far a much more superior product than the GM ECM and the Ostrich ever was...and it's 100% laptop tunable if you need to tune it for whatever the reason. It also comes with a stock tune already loaded and ready to go.
How do I find one of these EBL ECM’s? Are they expensive?? I’m working with a budget

Expensive is a relative term, define expensive. Unfortunately, if your ECM is bad (not saying it is) your car is a paperweight without a working ECM. If your ECM is bad, the EBL ECM is the fix for sure.
