C3 side vents

C3 side vents
In the process of restoring my Corvette. My painter has never painted a 1970 C3. The previous owner painted the side vents black. And I want to change it back to original Monza Red with the chrome on the edges. Does anyone know how this is done? I am new to this forum and hope I am doing this properly by posting a new thread. Any help is greatly appreciated!
