Does anyone have a good resource for how to remove the fiberglass from the frame?

LOTS of threads on the forum about this, just use the search function. You should also get a bunch of results from a Google search.

Search for Noland Adams Body Lift Checklist

Here's my thread on my long ongoing '71 resto: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-71-resto.html
Posts 4, 33, 35, 49, 54 & 55 discuss/show the body lift process...

Good luck and happy wrenching!

Here's a link to a 3-part article that should help. Parts 1&2 detail the removal of body bolts. Part 3 covers other stuff that must be freed to lift the body just enough to reinstall new bolts and spacers. If you're going to completely remove the body, also use Nolan's checklist...

Yes, this forum. Many posts on how to do it, what not to do, building a support stand for the body, etc. Do a Google search and look for Corvetteforum articles. You can also use the search facility directly in the forum.

I'd be glad to send you my Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet that shows the steps to remove the body from your chassis for your 71.
I cannot attach an excel spreadsheet here on the CF so write to me at AllC34Me@gmail.com and I will be glad to send it to you.
I built the list after removing 7 body offs, so it works pretty well.
Best regards,
David Howard

Here's a body lift structure I built in my garage. Has worked out well.
