Default looking for a C3 PPI in Phoenix, AZ

Hi all-

I am looking for a place that can do a PPI on a C3 in Phoenix, AZ. Car is about 10 miles south of the airport. I don't know a lot about that geographic but I do know that it is very spread out and large. A buddy of mine that visits there refers to it as "south Phoenix" or even the Tempe area. Any ideas of high quality individuals or mechanic shops that can look at the car?

Thanks and much appreciated!

P.S. the car had been modified but it is not a resto-mod. Not sure if that matters or not.

I'm only throwing this offer out there, I am in Arizona and have an office in the east valley near Tempe, unfortunately I travel most weeks for work and leaving Sunday for New England but back Thursday, if by then you haven't found a professional PPI I would be happy to look at it and video it for you and be happy to do it.
I am in no way a professional when it comes to a PPI report, I've done a few Viper inspections a few years back for a few Viper forum guys. I have been in the automotive collision industry for 38 years on a high level, when it comes to paint, body, frame etc. I instructed in that arena for many years, certification between OEM paint procedures and the automotive refinish world, taught I-car procedures, OEM certification, frame/fixture repair etc. and have resorted and built since 18 years old. Mechanically I am limited in electronics but otherwise can navigate my way around good and bad mechanically. I currently do business development and consulting in the automotive collision industry all over the country... these are two recent bottom up builds and the only thing I didn't do is drive train installs as they were Coyote and LS3 builds.
I currently own two corvettes and have owned well over a dozen
again just putting it out there if you can't find someone, would be happy to do it when I get back for nothing.
