I am coming down the home stretch on my early (#2189) 69 Corvette. The windshield wiper door vacuum switch was not on the car when I got it. I have a new switch but cannot find anything that says exactly where the switch is mounted.
Not sure if you ordered a new vacuum switch but the repo ones have a high failure rate. Wilcox sold one that worked but didn’t quite have the oem appearance. Since Wilcox is no longer in business, I don’t know where you can buy these switches that work.

I have a NOS switch that I bought with a bunch of parts years ago. Just lucky that I didn't sell it off. Oh Boy!!

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Grantstigers! Much appreciated!!
I found the brackets (aftermarket) but they don't have the captured nuts. I will search my storage bins today and see what I can come up with.
Hello, My 68 wiper motor was not connected when I got the car. I plug it in and the vacuum door opens, won’t close, and the wipers don’t work. Any ideas or diagrams that may help?

I have never driven this car nor used the wipers. I got it and started restoring it. My other Vettes are newer and do not have this setup. YIKES
