My turn signals and indicators work correctly with the headlights off. When i turn on the headlights the right indicator lights up but not full bright. If i turn on the right turn signal the indicator starts going off and on correctly with full brightness.
Not sure where to start looking. Seems like the right indicator is getting partial voltage when the headlights are on.
The front side turn signals change how they work depending on if the headlights are on or off. You'll notice they flash together with the front signals with the lights off and opposite with the lights on...
Basically GM wired the grounds for the side signals through the front turn signal element so they flash together but when the running lights are on, the turn signal actually turns the ground off when the front turn flashes on....
Anyway, you've more than likely have a ground missing / poor on the front marker for that side
