C3 car cover
I have heard that C3 Coupe Corvettes are prone to leaking and that they do not like heavy rains.
What would be a good brand and model of car cover, to protect the Chrome Bumpers C3 from the rain and the sun?

Cover Craft produces a number of custom fit car covers. Be warned that their car covers are not Water Tight, as the covers must breath to let the condensation and any moisture out. My 73 leaks around the rear areas of the windows, and so I will leave a couple of rolled up towels in the areas where I think water may get in. I like Cover Craft because they Honor their warranty. If you have a luggage rack, they will ask you for the measurements so the top will fit correctly over them.

Back when I lived in Wisconsin, I had a few Corvette's sitting outside. I found the Wolf brand covers to be excellent. Of course that's a few years ago now.
