Hey, thanks a lot guys! It been a real fun trip so far, I've met many great guys here, helped members with their cars and been helped in return with mine, and forged some terrific long term friendships and shared many cold beers.
It has changed some since the early days but everything does, huh? The info exchange here is still great and we've got over half a million registered users now! A long way from those halcyon days. I was one of the first moderators here on the C3 forum when Troy and Ryan first fired the forum up and were regular contributors. They were a hoot to work with!
I got a wild hair one day and decided to "tool share" when I was the first to offer a cross member dent removal tool to the forum. I boxed it up, sent it out and it just kept traveling from member to member. I finally needed it again and it was returned to me after garage surfing for about 15 years! Now this is kind of a regular thing with the guys, so that's pretty cool.
I just can't seem to break away from "Corvette World". Every time I think I'm done and sell a Corvette, I stumble across another one just begging to be restored and I get the bug all over again! I'm waiting for my '73 to get out of paint jail right now so I can start putting it all back together again.
I was lucky enough to have a few articles published in Vette-Vues Magazine which, now that it's been long enough, I can post up here so you can maybe have a laugh or two.
So again, a BIG Cheers to all my Corvette brothers out there and I'm totally looking forward to hanging with you all for the next 25 years!
Greg
