Hello,
I recently purchased a tilt/telescopic steering column for my 71 Vette and I need to know if anyone has any instructions as to how to install the steering wheel properly.

Check out this video. While the content is for converting a 76 column to the earlier style, it actually shows pretty good instruction for installing the horn and steering wheel components on the retrofit.
Edit: I was trying to get it to start at a certain point but not having any luck. Just skip forward to about 12:30 to get to the relevant bits.

To get a YouTube video to start at a certain time, pause it, right click, and select "Copy Video URL at Current Time". You can also edit a link by adding ?t=750 (or however many seconds) at the end. Corvette Ben videos are great.

Thank you for the info, I knew it could be done but had never attempted before. I was trying to use the Share function on the YouTube screen, where it offers the choice of adding a starting point. Don't know if I was doing something wrong there but it didn't work when I pasted it back in.
