If I wanted to sell mine I would remove the kick panels myself. I gots nothing to be afeared of. If they're not willing to show you at; least behind the kick panels then move along.....

As already mentioned I would verify the 383 is actually an 383. In the past few years Ive come across a number of "383's" that were not or could not be verified. Can they provide receipts of the engine work? If not, do a internet search on verification of 383 for assistance.
