Default Winter storage. Windows up or down?

Heated, mouse free, monitored garage. Flannel lined car cover.

Leave the windows up or down?

Seems like leaving them down would allow for some air flow. Any reason to leave them up?

Up,
keeps the cat out!
You did say mouse free environment.
Must have cat's around!
And yes. Keeps weatherstrip in proper orientation.
depending on humidity, you may wish to put some sta-dry in there as well.
