Hello Nickster2212. I have bought a couple of small parts. No problems, part were good and shipping quick. Hopefully you could some how pick it up, just thinking that a rear window might need a lot of careful packing. But to answer your question, no problems.
Thank you, when I do replace the window it will be through my insurance, I told Hagerty insurance that there is no new rear glass available from the auto glass shops so used it is. Hopefully they can work with Northern Corvette.
For you guys up north, I’ve bought many parts from Matt, The Vette Collector.
He has a ton of NOS, and used parts on hand and he has found me parts he doesn’t have in his warehouse through his contacts.
He is a great guy to work with.
If he doesn’t answer his phone, leave him a message and he will get back to you.
He is a one man operation, but good at what he does.
If you don’t see what you’re looking for on his on line store, make sure to call him, because there is no way for him to list everything he actually has.

So this is the chip in my rear window of my 1980 , I put a small drop of super glue.
You could have that repaired and your insurance company may cover it if you have glass repair.
You would never see it and then you wouldn’t need to pull or replace the glass.
