Default Torque specs for LT-1 bottom end

I'm replacing the rear main seal and have a couple questions on torque specs.

I found the spec for the rear main cap and oil pump bolt, but don't see anything in the service manual for the 3 nuts that hold the windage tray.

What would the correct torque be for those nuts? Should i re-torque the bolts for the main caps those were attached to? Is the oil pump bolt torque different from the manual due to the windage tray?

Thanks,

Torque assembly as usual......4 bolt I go 65-70 on the all of the cap bolts.....
Oil pump I always use a stud and go 35-40ft/lbs......the stock GM spec on this for the bolt is a scary one.....65ft/lbs. distorts the cap and can pull a chunk out of it in some instances.....
Just tighten the windage tray nuts snug with lock washers......or serrated flange nuts. No you do not have to re-torque the cap bolt.
