Hello again everyone, I’m planning to add a compact Bluetooth only amplifier, along with a couple of 6x9 speakers in the back of a 76 coupe. Planning to put the amp in a storage compartment in the back. What’s the best way to get switch/accessory power to the amp? Getting the main 12v to the battery will be easy, since it’s next door. I’m just not sure about the accessory power, since I won’t be touching the existing radio. I don’t want to Bubba it up. Thanks!
Not in the storage compartment but here’s exactly what you are asking about. I used existing front speakers. Used electric power for the existing radio, the existing radio is non functional. A constant battery 12 volts could be used for the storage compartment setup, just pull the plug. Small 160 watt Bluetooth amp, nice speaker connectors. Fits nicely. Sounds good…. I plan on replacing the existing speakers for a new pair.
