Curious to know if the is much difference between the 8mm & 8.5mm for my small block engine in my pretty much stock 78??
One of my club members asked me if I wanted them (Morosos) and told him that I would query the CF..

The quality of the wires is far more important than the thickness. All your talking about is thicker insulation.
which, if your car is indeed all stock could cause issues with your wiring clips. And perhaps a bit of a issue going between the motor mount and engine up front.
Personally, I would stay with the stock size so all my clips and rubber grommets would still work.
no real benefit from the fatter wires other than some think they look cool.
If you are using headers, then the bigger cable helps a bit with heat.
Your deal breaker will be what size looms you currently have. You can likely go all the way to a 8.5.
But 9 takes a bigger loom as I recall. And that can get pricey.
