Default Unknown Part

So, after tearing my 71 coupe apart 15 years ago, it has been goin together quickly as of late.
The problem is I have parts that I cant remember where they came from. Some are being replaced by newer items or more efficient items ( it was not original when I got it, so things like putting C5 seats in it are no big deal )
I had these in a ziplock bag, with other interior parts, but cannot for the life of me figure out what they do or where they go!
Any help is appreciated!!

Not for 71. Seat belt guides for ‘72.

Ahh, that's why I put them in the Interior bag. Yeah, the PO pieced all kinds of stuff into this car, which is the main reason I tore it apart.
C5 seats needed newer seat belts so I wont be needing these!
Thanks!
