if your plastic runners are shot and you dont care about them get some fine great peel and stick sandpaper and cut it just thick enough to hit the runners and stick it to the ashtray door. The friction from the sandpaper on the plastic will keep it closed and if its above 220 grit it will still move if there is enough space that the paper doesnt cause the plastic to pinch the door
