1981 C3 Door Lock Tumblers
Question, I'm currently putting the door interior workings back to gather and I've changed the door lock tumblers. However, I noticed that the lever that connects from the back go the tumbler to the door latch assembly has play. The tumbler will turn about 1/4 turn prior to turning the lever. Is this normal??

If you are talking about with the key in that the lock cylinder turns about 1/4 rotation before engaging the lock/unlock lever then yes that is normal. If you are talking about the lock cylinder moving without the key in 1/4 of a turn before stopping then no that is not normal.
