the 25th anniversary badge is either the nose or the fuel lid badge. If it is flat across the bottom it is for the fuel lid, if it has a slight bend from side to side it is the nose badge.

if I remember correctly he did have spoked wheels on his vette. I think I’ll probably just toss them. Trying to find the right buyer might take a while.

best audience is ebay... Being they are so specific actual makes them more valuable as they are a hard find. wouldnt hurt to post this pic in the for sale section here as a lot of guys check it evey day.
Before you toss them, why not give them to some Corvette mechanic/restoration shop like C and S Corvettes in Sarasota? Lyle is a great guy and they may have a customer that needs them one day. Just drop them in the mail to that one or some similar shop.

My 73 came with actual Tru-Spokes that are from mid-70's. The center caps are way smaller. Put those center caps of yours on ebay. You never know what someone will pay.
