Grease lightning!
I guess if it's real smooth, youre probably ok. No reason for alarm...once you figure out what you have, you'll be much the wiser. Drive it around and perhaps you don't need to do anything at all with the brakes. That would be great.
But if you do need to check them, here's a link. You'll need one of THESE . At least for the front rotors, to measure run-out. But if they're good, there's probably no reason to check them. While you have the wheel off it wouldn't hurt to put a catch-pan underneath the rotor & degrease the calipers with some brake cleaner or carb cleaner. And keep an eye on them so you know they're dry(good) or wet(bad).
How does the rest of the car look? Any other concerns you noticed? Best regards!

You can rebuild calipers yourself, if they are already stainless-steel sleeved. I bought my kits from CSSB Inc.
Absolutely replace the brake hoses (ideally with stainless braided over PTFE), and perhaps the 12" long steel lines on the trailing arms. Inspect the rest.
A Motive pressure bleeder, bleeder bottles, and a large clamp, will make your life easier, when it is time to bleed everything. Just throw away the chains, and use a large bar clamp.
