i would use Haggerty and list the car in good price and take offers...assumes below OK
- does AC work perfect?
- cruise control work?
- looks like OEM air intake gone, some may know some not care but PCV venting kinda hack
Looks clean. Here in the PNW that would be 14-17K car. Can't speak for MI and surrounding states. Someone may pay more in your area knowing it has good bones. OEM air cleaner and all ducting is missing. Some may deduct and some may not care. Stock exhaust under the car or cat missing? As interpon alluded to, the more that works on the car, easier the sale. Advertise for 18K and see what the responses are?
I took a look at Corvette DNA and, based on pics, it came in around $15k if stuff works. But IDK. Looks like a really solid car and that sure wouldn't be my starting point...

Mass produced model year, reduced power, increased weight, not the best color combo & always listed in the top 10 worst years. So there is a lot going against you there. These pop up often in my area in the $10 - $12 area.
I personally prefer the look of the 1980 & up for basically the same money area maybe a tad more & glass t-tops. just my .02
