Ive installed a ECM on my crossfire and only 1 injector is running the one closest to the firewall
both injectors are getting power and both fuel lines are cold which makes me think the are getting fuel
today ill check the pressure
any other suggestions

The fuel goes through the passenger side injector first so seeing the driver side firing is a good sign. The ECM fires the injector by supply a ground. So seeing power at the injector is only the first half of what you need.
I highly recommend getting a shop manual. There are some excellent trouble shooting diagrams you can use.

Why was the ECM replaced? Was it for an injector issue? If not, you may have another bad ECM with the injector drivers. The ECM fires the injectors via a Injector reference pulse from the distributor. Do you have a GM service manual? If not....GET ONE!
