Default Replacing Brake Calipers on 73
I'm having my brakes replaced by a local mechanic. Should I retain the original calipers?

If they are original calipers, and if they have been ss sleeved, why not have him just rebuild them, rather than replace them?

Obviously, you will lose your Core Charge Refund.
But someday we may not find the good caliper cores anymore.

Spray them down with WD40 and seal them in plastic bags.
