Corvette Trunk
Has anyone made a trunk on a C3? Thinking about making one and using the spare tire area to do it.

If you have a 74’ and up car I would try putting the rear bumper on hinges, so it can swing open to the side to open the trunk. Although you do have a gas tank in the way there too
Seriously though, the lifting rear glass on the 1982 collectors edition is probably the closest thing you’ll see to a trunk on a C3.

If someone is going to go through the expense and trouble for a C3 truck, press on. I think it's just dumb.

There’s gonna be a Halloween themed car show near me at the end of the month called “Trunk or Treat,” where everybody parks backwards and hands out candy. I’ll be going, but it looks like the kids will be getting a treat rather than a trunk!

The easiest thing to do would be to Tesla-swap your car, and convert the engine bay into a Frunk. Bring some beach chairs to the next Cars and Coffee and Shrimp Cocktail!

I agree, you should not do this if you own A C3, but if it is only one of eight, and you are making a custom vette like no one else has out of a project you picked up cheap. Never mind, You just wouldn't get it. I'm sure you probably only have one and trailer it to the car show and never drive it, that's cool. I wouldn't do it if it was my only vette either. To each their own. Thanks for letting me know about #531.

Since you're customizing it so much, go ahead, it adds to the uniqueness... just don’t do Lambo doors LOL
