For the life of me I cannot figure this out. Should be four bolts to hold it in. It doesn’t look exactly like what’s pictured in the AIM. I’m starting to doubt it’s the correct spoiler for a ‘70
I agree, the 68-72 spoiler is smaller and is just the spoiler without any of the extra material on the top. Here is a link to the correct one for your 70.
