Default 70 lt-1

I just purchased my 1970 LT-1. I have tons of questions but first since the tank is on E should I add anything to the fuel? I never had a vehicle this old before.

Welcome to our forum! Whooo Hooo! Ya got a Corvette! How good is that!
fill er up with premium. See how ya go. Probably should have asked the previous owner what he fed her. Might be too late for that now. In over 50 years, hard to say how original the engine is and how it's been tuned.
Post up pictures of her! We like pictures on here! And a few of the engine bay. Might help determine just how stock it is.

Fill it up with 93 Octane. Nothing else needed. Hopefully you checked the engine code.

Just premium gas sounds like a good idea.

Try to find ethanol free gas. Premium is good.

Also, the last drop is alway on your ... rear deck.
