The door panels on my 68 are warped out away from the glass at the top. Is there a way to "soften" them to remold them back inward? If anyone has tried and had success I would love to hear from you.
Thanks in advance.

Has someone previously removed them and not properly reinstalled them. The panel top should slide over the top of the metal inner door panel.
I have looked at Al Knoch's website. He doesn't offer dark orange for a 68. Are his panels the same as the other vendors offer? I was hoping to save the originals, but replacement may be the only options for a good result.
Have you tried removing the panel, applied heat from a hair dryer and then reinstalled making sure the upper lip is engaging the top of the metal panel?
They have the fiberboard backing. I was thinking of steam or a damp hot rag to soften the area then going back on. I was just wondering if anyone else had done a similar repair before.
Thanks. again.
To me it looks like you had water intrusion and that is why the panel warped. Al Knoch makes both original fiber board panels and ABS ones. Top Flight Automotive, that use to be called Corvette America, is the only other company making Corvette door panels and they are ABS. If you had to, you could get a new fiber board panel and dye it the dark orange color. Lou.
