A copy of the original window sticker for '71*? There is no such document unless you locate the selling dealership and they've, by some huge stroke of luck, kept records from 50 years ago. GM does not have any copies of these documents -- very connected, dedicated people have really tried over the decades. Someday, in a long-lost closet may exist the papers, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
You can probably get the shipping report from NCRS indicating date of shipment and to what dealer it was shipped, but that's all there is.
