I'm redoing the interior of my 80 vette and I have This is the block running frim switch
a question. I found the 2 vacuum lines from the light switch one is black/blue and black/white and they run to a block that's hanging under my dash. I need to know where that plugs into. Its obviously supposed to be on something it also is marked with white on one side and blue on other. My power is fine as my lights come on but will not raise up. Please help?

glad you figured it out. I might suggest you get yourself a diagram of the vacuum sytem for your car. Especially if you still have vacuum operated headlights. It really will make figuring these things out much easier in the future.
Looks like your switch might be broken? It should look like what's in the link below (with a push/pull ****) and it screws into the small panel underneath the steering wheel.
