I’m in the process of cleaning a rebuilding my window regulators & guides.
There are some discrepancies between what the AIM shows, what the corvette vendors have on their web sites and the hardware that i have that I could use help sorting out. It looks like one of the POs changed some of the hardware so I’m not sure what i have is correct.
on one side, i have the roller, then a cupped washer with a rectangular slot and a white plastic bushing - that part looks right. On the other side, there were some zinc washers and a 7/16 nut with captured lock washer. It looks like I should have a rubber gasket like on the slide mounts and then ??? - the plastic washer and then the nut? Or do need a different nut?
What you show look correct, with possibly the far left black metal washer like appearing component. It should have a small center ~3/8 inch stud on it into which the threaded shaft on the nylon wheel screws into. This 3/8 inch washer stud slides into the small stud like extension on the white nylon washer.
Does the far left black metal washer have threads for the wheel?
