Default Engine Replacement

Hi, I am New here and I was wanting to know if anyone can recommend someone around the Elizabeth City N.C. 27909 Area
that can do and engine swap on my 1981 Corvette
I'm going to go with a Blueprint or ATK Engine
Thanks for your time

My recommendation is to do the swap yourself. It's really not hard, nothing really to figure out. Just unbolt and re-bolt in. I recommend Blueprint Over ATK. I have a Blueprint engine in my 82 and I have a 408 Blueprint engine on order for my Cuda. The only thing that you will need to modify if using the Blueprint engine with aluminum heads is to elongate the AC compressor mounting brackets. Other than that, the swap is straightforward.

If you have the right tools for it, I would highly recommend doing it yourself. It gives you the opportunity to detail/restore parts of the engine bay you would otherwise never have access to.

I have a Blueprint 383 stroker in my 76, very happy with it and its cheaper than building one yourself.
