Default 69 Basket case wiring help please

So I have the entire car (1969 convertible) wired with a complete new harness from Lectric Ltd. I just got to the power window harness and I have a question. I know the original harness plugged into the Accy post on the fuse panel, but I happen to have my switched power feed for my electric fan plugged in there. Looking for suggestions on how to remedy this or other options... Thank you.

You could wire it to the ignition post in the fuse box. If it’s the same as my 68 it’s right below the Accy post.

I thought the same thing, but I have power for my distributor being used from that spot.

That circuit should only power the coil of the power window relay when ignition is on. You need to install a separate relay for your fans, then power the coil ONLY to the new fan relay from the same pw relay circuit.
