Hi guys, I have a 1975 that has Oxblood red interior my horn button is all chipped up and I want to get a new one but I can only find black ones or ones that say they have to be painted. Is there a way to get an Oxford red horn button for a 75 or do I have to get one and paint it myself and if so, not a big deal, but what kind of paint would I get. Thanks so much. This is my first Corvette so I don't know a lot. This group is so great
There has been numerous people on the forum who used modeler’s paint and then used a clear over spray on their emblems and they all look factory original or better.

Rickey,
Congratulations on getting your first Corvette. I really like the Oxblood interiors. I have it in my ‘73 convertible. I had to replace my horn button years ago, and yes it was black too! I just purchased a can of Vinyl Interior paint/dye from Corvette Central back then. It matched perfectly. Yes it’s pricey from the vendors but you’ll definitely need it down the road for various touchups
Good luck with your ‘75
