Headlight/ Right Turn signal Issue
I have a strange issue regarding the headlights / turn signal.
The turn signals operate as they should with the headlights off. With the headlights on, ( these themselves operate correctly) the right turn signal flashes much slower and seeming dimmer. The right turn signal indicator on the dash also turns and stays on until headlights are turned off. As far as I can tell the left signal is unaffected.

If you previously didn't do anything to the wiring, there are several ground wires on the headlight harness that bolt to the frame forward of the control arms. They could be rusty broken or just loose.
Tilt/telescoping steering columns can have internal damage wires also (as a last resort!)
