Default 73' Project and its Value

I am looking at the attached 73' that needs a lot of work. It has not moved in a year and a half that I can tell and it does have a current registration. The attached are some photos and my assessment is it is a numbers match base model and the trim tag aligns with its interior and paint. The VIN stamp pad on front of engine appears to be a "weak" stamping but I think the numbers are good. I doubt the engine was decked during a rebuild given its overall condition. ~136k mileage. Welcome thoughts on other sources to help me assess value. I have used Hagerty's and Classic Cars. I have not been under the car so no idea how the frame looks. I live in the Northeast so it could have some rust issues. I did notice that the doors open and close very nicely. It does not look to have been hit too hard in the front as the bumper structure seems straight and solid.

Looks like a fairly complete car with original paint, low options if any, base engine and manual transmission. The A pillar looks very clean and rust free around the VIN tag. I see missing trim screws on the console plate and makes me wonder why. Could be a good project candidate if the frame checks out. Value? I’d go with whatever Hagerty says a project/parts car is worth, adjusted for your region of the country. If it helps any, I paid $14k for my 73 no option base 4sp coupe and it had respectable driver 3 footer paint with new chrome and trim badging. Here’s how it looked, for some value perspective.

If frame looks good, starts and stops I think I would go $7500 tops.
Just watched a few vettes on that Passport Auction this weekend.
