Default A/C condenser line

No matter how i orientate that hard line it doesn't see to align to the condenser. This is a 77 built in october 76. Thanks Ty.

Here are a couple of shots of the hard line in my 78. Looks like you will need to pass it between the radiator support and the inner wing. If I remember correctly it's not easy to thread it through there, I might have had to loosen or disconnect the radiator support (it was a few years ago and my memory isn't what it used to be)

This may not help but I just figured that the A/C system in 77 was the same from 73 thru 77; then it changed from a VIR system to a CCOt system in 78. Check your parts are consistent with the 77 VIR A/C system. I'll have to look around but may have some 77 photos to assist.

My 78 also passes thru the core support. To the OP, in your picture there is a gap to the left of the support just above where your line is. You need to put that line thru that gap FIRST. Once it is there, you can turn it whatever way you need to start threading it to the condenser. Once that is all done you will see how it lays up agains the innner fender and then you can connect the other end. It is not very obvious how that is supposed to go.

I have a early 77 as well that once had the VIR system. That line comes through the gap as the arrow shows above.
