Default Differential additive?

Hello. I will be changing the differential fluid in my 69. Going to use the 85w-140 and add two bottles of the GM additive as suggested by GTR1999.
However I have two different bottles of the additivee. Both are ACDELCO, one is part #992694 and the other is #10-4003.The first has the address of GM of Canada on the back. Is that the only difference in the two products, that one is an import, no difference in the actuall product and the usage? Thanks in advance and take care.

They are the same product. GM owns AC Delco. The 992694 is the GM number for the AC Delco 10-4003.

10-4003 is the current AC Delco number for the GM limited slip additive. The old GM number was 1052358, but it was superseded by GM # 88900330 (AC Delco # 10-4003) a few years ago.

I'm not familiar with GM #992694, but near as I can tell from looking around on line, it might be the Canadian market version of the GM limited slip additive? Looking at online pictures of 992694's bottle, it's labeling has both English and French wording on it and it's quantity is listed as 114 ml, not ounces. I have no idea if the chemical make up of it would be different for Canada, but I can't imagine that it would be?
