I am trying to decipher my weird trim tag to discover the original color and trim. I have looked at all the code pages I can find and no 77 paint is 3L. Presently the car is bright red and interior is red and black leather. I cannot find any paint as a 3, 13, 3L....I have no clue.

July 20, interior 52, paint 3L
Thanks for any help! 1977 july 20. Interior trim 52 and paint 3L.
The "L20" on the OP's Trim Tag is the body build date, the day the body was assembled. It's not necessarily the day the car was made. There is a chance the car was completed the same day as the body, but it was as or more likely that it was the next day or two or three days later when the car was finally assembled, especially in the case of bodies assembled on a Friday or before a holiday.
