Default Brake O ring rebuild

I recently rebuilt the lh front brake. It now is dragging and cannot spin the wheel by hand. When o rings first came out, I remember talk of leaving out the spring, I put the springs in. Anyone have any ideas what to do?

Never heard of leaving out the spring. That shouldn't be the issue. Can you manually push the pistons back Into the bore with the cover off the master cylinder and a rag over the top?
you could have a collapsed rubber flex hose. How old are your flex lines? They can act like a one way valve when old and internally collapsed.

If you didn't replace the brake hoses, I'd start there.

There is also a chance that your brake caliper bracket is bent. Does the rotor look offset to one side or the other?

Have ordered a new set of hoses, though mine look very good but never sure what's happening inside.
