Okay, I'm putting my Differential back in my car. I am changing the cover to the correct cover for the 1976. When I took it apart there was no gasket, just RTV. It did not leak at all. Being me... I feel I should use a gasket. If I do use the gasket, should I use RTV or not? Should I use a gasket? See this is how my brain works. I know in a regular car I'd just use RTV. But this is such a big job, I'll be pissed if it leaks and I have to take it back out.
