OMG!. That Standard ignition coil fits just about every SB and BB Chevy engine with points distributors. And just about every Buick, Olds, Pontiac and Cadillac engine with points distributors. And a lot of other auto manufacturers with points distributors.
It's not an original or OEM but it's just the same. Assuming it's in good working order - Yes it will work in a '69 Corvette. And a million other cars too.
You can check the ohms if you like - should be around 2 across plus minus and around 11k across plus/output as I recall.
