Sharing some C3’ only pics Not to many C3’s that I noticed this year? For anyone who’s never gone to MCACN. It’s sensory overload! 600 of the finest muscle cars in the nation. All under one roof. Dennis Collins of Coffee Walk. His 71 LS6 barn find below LS6 LS6 interior
It was a great show I judged the orange 72 LT-1 and the 74 red convertible for NCRS both great cars very original
I had the chance to watch one of the cars being judged Saturday. One judge on his back checking under the car, one looking over the engine bay, and one judge checking out the interior. Interesting to watch. So much to see at MCACN. You can’t take it all in, in one afternoon.
Stupid question... How far was the show from downtown Chicago?
And are there hotels nearby with shuttles?
I tried to get a buddy to go spur of the moment and he wasn't interested. I'm going next year for sure

I’d say about 20 minutes from downtown Chicago to Rosemont. . If you were flying into O’hare. You would be literally five minutes away from the convention center. No shuttle needed, if you were to stay at the Rosemont convention hotel. The hotel attaches to the convention center. Walk from your room to the cars. Plenty of great dining near by as well. Greatest collection of muscle cars under one roof you will ever see!! Corvettes are just a small percentage of cars that are being displayed. But the qualities of the corvettes are always outstanding. As they say MCACN … the Best of the Best!😎

Nothing better in Chicago for Italian then CARMINES !!!
I got back at 3am this(Tuesday) morning... I have been maybe half a dozen times and am impressed time after time. .
This was the first time I have taken a car - which was extremely well received by the early C3 collectors and collection of NCRS/Bloomington judges - I cannot even begin to amass the number of hours I spent discussing our Special paint LT1 -
The LT1 director of the LT1 survey, Scott Lindlee, took photos and added the car to the data base - which shows that to date this is the only documented Factory Black LT1 known to exist.
