Hi there @a kungfu mastah This is an often posted about concern. I have more than this suggested video, but am hoping you can watch this one and learn to solve your debacle. Let me know if not so that I can attempt to maybe point you to another source of a possible solution.
I have a similar problem on my 1973. My windows lineup except the top of the passenger window is too much inward. When I try to roll the window up with the door closed the window only goes halfway before the front top edge hits the weather seal. (If the door is open and the window is fully up I can close the door and the window looks fine. However I am sure the window seal is pushing the top of the window outward.). I tried to follow the service manual for adjusting the windows. The manual states that you should adjust bolts D and E and adjust screw G. Following the figure in the service manual I adjusted bolts D but could not locate Bolt E or adjusting screws G. Anny suggestions as only adjusting bolts D did not help. Thank you.
