Back when I grew up I would have loved this, of course a lot of the things I loved in the 60-70’s I probly, wouldn’t love now, which is kind of sad. Or is it?
Getting old isn’t for pussies….i think I’ve got decimal or dementia what ever..
I wonder where that ride is today, some museum or forgotten in a barn?
That is the thing. You make mods you think are really cool.
Then you go to sell it and nobody wants your car unless you sell it so cheap they can undo it all.
In the picture the body work and custom paint look amazing for a 70’s custom.
Except for the two hood vents and the rear spoiler, I think it looks cool.
It’s probably sitting in a garage or barn covered with sheets waiting for someone to rescue it.
There's something about that car that draws me to it. In fact, if it came up for sale, was well done, still looked good, had a hot engine and was the right price I might even consider pulling the trigger. What is wrong with me??!! I do find the large ram air with induction sitting about 2 feet above it 'interesting'. I've got to go take my meds................
What's interesting to me is that I can't recall ever seeing a radically customized Corvette that I ever really liked. I suppose there are some, perhaps styled by someone like Chip Foose.

I feel the same about any totally custom cars of any type.
I can totally appreciate all the work that is put into them.

C3 styling was radical to start with. Changing it often distracts IMO...
