How are y'all compressing the rear leaf spring when the car is on a 4 post lift? I recently used a small hydraulic jack but it was a little hairy since I wasn't able to orientate the jack directly near the end of the spring. A standing floor jack would be safer but again I will not be able to position it near the end of the spring, it would apply the force further inboard on the spring.
Take that small block of 2" x 4" wood laying near you...
Lay it on top of the springpack near the end of the spring.
Then the ratchet strap that is attached to the springpack will not slide toward the differential as you tighten the ratchet.

Similar to what I did: secure a block of 2x4 to the underside of the spring with a C-clamp. Then the jack, it can't slide toward the car's center as the angle changes.
Clamp a bit of wood on the spring to keep the jack from moving inboard. I also used some bits of wood to make a level place for the jack to sit and I think you have the same 4 post lift as me.

You are presumably fitting the spring to the T/A? In that case why not just lower the lift to the floor and put a trolley jack under the spring, using a clamp on the end to ensure it don't slip, as outlined in the manuals. When the spring is re-connected, raise the lift.
