Default OEM Electrical Ring Terminals

I'm replacing the red wire that goes from the alternator to the horn relay that is part of the forward lamp harness. Does anyone have a source for OEM (or as close as possible) style terminals? I've gone down some rabbit holes and found many part numbers that are very close, but Aptiv does not produce them anymore so can't get them. The hole diameter is approx 0.23" (just call it 1/4) or 6 mm.

The pictures with the calipers is the original ring terminal. The last picture on the red wire is what Lectric Limited is using for the engine wiring harness. Anything along those lines would work. I know it won't be perfect.

Stores I've checked are Jurassic Classic Auto Parts, Custom Connector Kits, ebay, Texas Industrial Electric, Mouser, TTI, TE, DigiKey, Arrow, American Autowire and probably about a dozen more.

Since the terminal is covered by a rubber boot, why are you trying to go beyond pure functionality? This link shows an example from American Auto Wire.

Hello,
The connector shown in MW's link seems to be a good solution!
Regards.....

I might even file the 'sides' a little to make the ring shape a bit more accurate.

I think you're overthinking this.....just find a O-ring connector that's close and run with it.
