Good afternoon. That’s a real loaded question. I took a look at your posts from last 20yrs. I’m trying to discern what current knowledge of C3s you might have. My favorite is a ‘74 and I currently have a’75 that identifies as a ‘74 roadster.
You should review the list of things to look at and check for C3 in the “stickies” . (10 Rules for buying C3) And fwd the car in question, pics and add and many of us can give our views and opinions. Glad to help where we can.

Seriously, the car is over 50 years old. It was never designed to last this long. The list of things the previous owner has done to the car should be a very long list.
Or, you could be rebuilding everything yourself.
A vehicle this old will need a very intensive inspection of absolutely everything.
Or, you just take your chances.

Perhaps you could help the forum understand what your looking for?
According to your many prior posts asking this similar question many times about many year corvettes from C1s all the way to a 2000 just in the past few years, you've owned 7 older corvettes since 1974... so what specifically are you looking for as your clearly not a first time corvette buyer?

Be wary of the seat belt engaged relay that sits in the engine compartment where the 68-72’s had the wiper door vacuum chamber. This can create a no-start on your car if any part of the system is not functioning. It’s a very easy bypass, I had to perform it on my ‘74 I bought in March.
